About me

Who am I?

My name is Lauri Bauduin and I am a dietitian, driven by a deep passion for nutrition and health.

My background in high-level sports, especially swimming, exposed me from a young age to the complex challenges of sports nutrition: restrictive diets, performance pressure, and the quest for the 'ideal' weight. These experiences, sometimes difficult, forged my intimate understanding of nutritional challenges and strengthened my vocation to help others towards a healthier relationship with food.

Today, although I have turned the page on competition, I cultivate my passion for movement through trail running and backpacking travel. These moments of escape - like contemplating a sunrise from a summit - nourish my personal balance and inspire me in my professional practice.

My philosophy as a dietitian? To support you towards sustainable and kind changes, far from drastic diets and guilt-inducing pressures. My approach aims to be empathetic and realistic, because I firmly believe that healthy eating must above all be a source of pleasure and well-being.

My journey

A path guided by passion for nutrition and wellness

Graduated in 2021 with a specialization in sports nutrition - a logical continuation of my past as an athlete - I quickly expanded my field of expertise. In 2023, I perfected myself in two complementary areas: nutrition applied to dermatological problems and nutritional management of stress. I also completed specialized training in supporting irritable bowel syndrome.

With several years of experience with military personnel, I have developed expertise in nutritional optimization in demanding contexts. I also lead workshops in partnership with the Christian Mutual and support patients with complex pathologies in medical practices: metabolic syndrome, gastrointestinal disorders, prediabetes, or bariatric surgery follow-up.

This diverse experience allows me today to offer you personalized support adapted to your specific needs, whether they are related to performance, health or general well-being.
